We trust that you will leave your empty 5-gallon water bottles out prior to your scheduled delivery time. Failure to do so may result in a delay or cancellation of that portion of your order.

Willow Water & Beverage Delivery Co. is not liable for damage or loss of water bottles, dispensers, or beverages after they are successfully delivered to the location provided by the customer. 

We recommend choosing a safe and secure drop-off location to avoid any theft, heat exposure, or spillage.

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged due to our handling, please contact us right away.

We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or another solution that works best for you.

We always strive to deliver on time — every time. However, due to the nature of our business, there may be rare and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, road closures, or water supplier shortages) that could delay or impact deliveries.

In such events, Willow Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any order. We will notify you as early as possible and offer alternatives or rescheduling options.
